At the end of the ‘contest’, 6.00 pm (GMT) Wednesday 18th April 2007, the owner of the pixels that get the most ‘hits’ or clicks is the winner.

When the pixels are clicked the viewer is brought to the website or weblog (blog) where they see who the person is, what they do and why they should be an 'internet celebrity'.
